Barcelona is renowned for its mesmerizing buildings, which seem to come straight out of a fairytale, but there is so much more to this wonderful city: besides a fascinating architecture and wonderful gardens, Barcelona also offers authentic local food from the small appetizers "Tapas" to the well-know Paella.
You'll also go on a private excursion to visit and taste some local wines in Penedes. Get awestruck by the city's awe-inspiring countryside.

Itinerary
Welcome to Barcelona. Upon arrival, private transfer by a luxury car with an English speaking driver.
Overnight stay in Barcelona at Derby Hotel or similar.
After Buffet breakfast, enjoy a private sightseeing tour for 2 hours with an English-speaking driver.
Meet the driver in your hotel and, by the end of this tour, you will have gained complete vision of the city and highlights of Barcelona, a cosmopolitan Mediterranean city. We will visit the Ramblas, Olimpic port, Columbus monument and then on to the Montjuïc Mountain, where you will be able to see the Olympic Stadium and Sant Jordi Palace. We will arrive to Sagrada Familia (entrance fees not included) to admire the façade of a unique creation that has become Barcelona’s most universal symbol. We will finish in the gothic quarter where you can stroll through the narrow streets and local shops.
Later, you will enjoy a Private tapas tour, wine & market experience for dinner. The most inescapable element of Spanish cuisine is tapas, small snacks now popular all over the world. In all of Spain’s cities, towns and villages you will find bars, taverns, and even entire neighborhoods, specialized in tapas. Spending a day trying different tapas is the ideal way to experience Spanish culture. You will be escorted by a food and wine expert guide who will point out little-known cultural and gastronomic landmarks during the tour, as well as telling stories and answering queries, thus enriching and enlivening your experience of this vibrant and flavorful city.

After buffet breakfast, the morning is at leisure to enjoy the city.
In the afternoon, you will learn how to cook the most famous Spanish dishes: traditional seafood Paella. Visit La Boqueria market with the chef to buy ingredients, and take a walk through the old town. Sample some tasty tapas, make sangria, and watch as the chef prepares a paella de marisco for you to enjoy.

Buffet breakfast and enjoy a private tour of 5 hrs to the gourmet winery area of Penedés.
Located in less than an hour from Barcelona, between the plains of the Mediterranean coast and the nearby mountains and discover this region, with its wealth of art, culture and countryside. The region produces worldwide prestigious wines of exceptional quality: Cava (sparkling wine). Visit one of the famoust winery with wine tasting in the end. Local flavors that will immerse you, not only in the art of pairing, but also in the local culture and gastronomy.
In the late afternoon, enjoy a dinner of Spanish paella in a restaurant with the most privileged views that can be enjoyed from a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea.
