Cycling Holiday - Alsace Wine Route

Overview

Cycling up the Mont Sainte Odile and through vineyards. You will visit the medieval town of Riquewihr, one of the 'Most Beautiful Villages in France’ also famous for its great wine. The trip ends in Colmar with its very well preserved historical city centre and its German Gothic architecture and early Renaissance style.

Alsace produces some of the best wines in France, such as Pinot Gris, Riesling and Gewürztraminer. The region also offers gourmet cuisine and has more Michelin star restaurants than any other region, so make sure you sample the delicious local dishes as well as the wine!
